Personalised and Professional Education and Training (RTO Code 31424)
From 1 January 2015, students undertaking nationally recognised VET courses will need to have a USI (Unique Student Identifier) to receive a statement of attainment or qualification. This USI will stay with you for life and be recorded with any nationally recognised VET course that is undertaken from when the USI comes into effect.

Once you have completed your USI application, please email enrolments@provet.com.au with your name, AIRC Student Number and new USI

Protecting the privacy and security of information is a priority in the design of the Unique Student Identifier (USI) initiative. Both the legislative framework and the design of the national ICT system include safeguards in relation to the storage, access and use of student information. The USI must be provided to Animal Industries Resource Centre to avoid any delay in receiving your statement of attainment or Certificate of Achievement. The USI is mandatory for ALL students studying a VET qualification from 1 January 2015. For students (parents, guardians or carers) to create a USI, please make sure you have one form of ID from the list below ready.
